Flour Bar cake/ Barfi

 Ingredients and Prep

Besan 1/2 cup
maida 1/2 cup 
dry roast for 2-3 minutes
add ghee 1/2 cup
fry till it bubbles well
in another pan, make sugar syrup with
sugar 1 cup
water 1/2 cup to 1 string consistency
add the syrup over the gram flour, cook till it bubbles
once cool, add  cardamom pdr, and saffron colour, spread on greased tray/ plate
spread nuts on top, press it lightly
after 2 hours cut into squares.
