atta 1 cup
besan 1/2 cup
poha 1/2 cup
in a bowl add atta,
salt,
jeera 1/2 tsp
turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp,
chili pdr 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp,
2 tbsp fine suji,
mix all well, add little water to make a tight dough and rest it for 5 minutes
In a bowl add besan, salt, chili pdr, jeera, coriander leaves, hing, turmeric pdr,add 1/2 cup water and make a smooth paste
grind poha to a fine pdr in a mixer jar, add this pdr to the besan mixture, mix well, the water will be absorbed. let it rest for 2 minutes, then add 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1 potato grated washed well 2-3 times, squeeze out water completely before adding, mix all well, adding coriander leaves
With the atta dough, roll it into a big thin roti, spread the besan veg mixture in a thin layer on top, just roll 2 times cut into long strips, then cut the strip from in between, roll it then lightly flatten it, press so it sticks together, spread some sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves on top, press it down. shallow fry in hot oil, till crisp on both sides, drain and serve hot with chutney.
