Ingredients and Prep
Murmura/ puffed rice / pori 3 cups
Suji 1 cup blend adding ½ cup curd and 2 cups water
Blend to a smooth batter, add chopped onion, salt to taste, jeera 1 tsp mix well
Add ¼ tsp of baking soda mix well.
heat a tawa, grease with oil and make dosa as usual smearing little oil, sprinkle little milagai podi, oil, cover and cook on medium heat till crisp, serve hot with chutney, milagai podi.
