Chili Garlic Chunda

 

Ingredients

6 Green Chilies
15 cloves Garlic, crushed and chopped
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 tbsp Asafoetida (hing)
Salt, to taste

1 tsp Lemon juice

 

 Preparations

Heat oil in a pan/ kadai.

Add cumin seeds and asafoetida .

Add garlic and saute it for 1 minute.

Add green chilies and saute it for 1-2 minutes or till soft and cooked.

Add salt to taste and lemon.

Cook for a few more seconds.
