No-cook quick dahi wada

 

Ingredients:

white sandwich bread slices 4 large 

thick curd 1 cup

ginger grated 1 tbsp

salt n pepper pdr to taste

 cashews 4

raisins 6

red chili pdr to taste 

chaat masala 1 tsp

sev 1 tsp 

boondi 1 tsp

grated carrot 1 tsp

coriander leaves chopped  1 tsp

mint leaves 4

 tamarind chutney 2 tsp or more

 

Instructions

Take curd in a bowl and add grated ginger, pepper powder, and salt. Whisk well and keep aside.

Keep the bread on a serving plate and, using a cookie cutter, cut out a circle and remove the sides.

Apply a spoonful of whisked curd over the bread and top it with some dry fruits and chopped coriander leaves.  Close with another bread circle and press gently.

Top it up with more curd, covering the sides.

Garnish with a sprinkle of red chili powder, chaat masala, grated carrot, coriander and mint leaves, boondi and Sev and tamarind chutney.
