Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter (or oil)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Preparations
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in blueberries carefully.
Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity two-thirds full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice.
