Ingredients
20 pieces paneer½ tsp pepper powder½ tsp salt2 tbsp corn flour2 tbsp oil5 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 inch ginger, finely chopped3 green chilies slit½ onion, finely chopped2 tbsp spring onion½ onion, petals½ capsicum, chopped2 tbsp tomato sauce2 tbsp chili sauce2 tsp vinegar2 tsp soy sauce½ tsp pepper, crushed½ tsp salt¼ cup water3 tbsp corn flour slurryfew curry leaves2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
Preparations In a plate take paneer, pepper powder, salt and corn flour.
Mix well, ensuring the flour is evenly coated on the paneer.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the paneer.
Fry till the paneer turns golden and crispy. Keep aside.
In the same oil, add garlic,ginger and chilies. Stir fry.
Add onion and spring onion, and sauté well.
Now add onion petals and capsicum, and stir-fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
Add
an additional tomato sauce, chili
sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
Cook until the sauces are well combined.
Add ¼ cup of water and bring to a boil.
Add in fried paneer, few curry leaves and 2 tbsp spring onion. Mix until the sauces are well-coated.
