Ingredients:
Soaked sabudana – 1 cup
Boiled mashed potato – 1 large
Chopped mint leaves – 2 tbsp
Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
Roasted peanuts (crushed) – 2 tbsp
Rock salt – to taste
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Ghee or oil – for shallow frying
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Shape small tikkis using your hands.
3. Heat oil/ghee in a pan and shallow fry until golden and crisp on both sides.
4. Serve hot with mint yogurt dip.
Note- soak sabudana till soft, then drain well. Then mix with other ingredients. By chance you feel it is a bit sticky, you may add some corn/ rice flour/ suji to get the tikkis crisp.
