Sooji And Sabudana Chilla

 Ingredients for 2 servings

1 cup sabudana

1/2 cup Suji/ rava

1/2 cup Water

1/2 cup  curd

1 Finely chopped tomato

2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

1 Finely chopped onion

2 green chilies  chopped

1 tsp Cumin seeds

1 inch  ginger chopped

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

Preparations

Soak sabudana for 4 - 5 hours, drain the water completely, add ginger and green chili and grind to make a paste. 

Take a bowl combine suji and curd and mix well, keep aside for 30 mins 

Now add sabudana paste, water, and salt and mix well.

Now add chopped tomato, onion, and coriander leaves and mix well

Heat oil in a pan add one spoon of batter and cook in a medium flame and cover it and cook for 2 - 3 mins. and flip it.

Serve hot with green chili chutney and tomato ketchup.

 Note- you may omit tomato or with it add onion, grated carrot & cabbage, chopped capsicum. Choice of veges if as per your taste.
