Green peas Kachori

IngredientS

  1. for making dough
  2. all purpose flour 3 cups
  3. salt as per taste
  4. veg oil 3 tbsp
  5. water as needed
  6. for stuffing
  7. green peas 1 cup
  8. Chana Sattu 2 tablespoon
  9. Ginger 1/2" finely chopped
  10. cumin powder 1 tsp
  11. garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  12. salt as per taste
  13. sugar as per taste
  14. for frying Kachori oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough using salt, oil and water. Cover it for 20mins.
  2. make green pea paste using green pea, ginger and 3 tablespoon of water.
  3. now add chana Sattu In this paste.
  4. heat about 3 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and put the pea-sattu mixture.
  5. Now add cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and sugar.
  6. stir continuously until dry.
  7. now turn off flame and let it cool down.
  8. now make some small size ball from the dough. And equal quantity ball 
  9. of stuffing.
  10. take one ball and flatten with palm.put one stuffing.
  11. now bring all the edges of the dough together and press them to seal.
  12. heat enough oil for frying the kachories in kadai.
  13. roll one ball about 3 to 4 inches diameter and fry in hot oil.
  14. Make all Kachori like this and serve with hot and spicy potato 
  15. curry.
