Green peas Kachori
IngredientS
- for making dough
- all purpose flour 3 cups
- salt as per taste
- veg oil 3 tbsp
- water as needed
- for stuffing
- green peas 1 cup
- Chana Sattu 2 tablespoon
- Ginger 1/2" finely chopped
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- sugar as per taste
- for frying Kachori oil as needed
Instructions
- Make a soft dough using salt, oil and water. Cover it for 20mins.
- make green pea paste using green pea, ginger and 3 tablespoon of water.
- now add chana Sattu In this paste.
- heat about 3 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and put the pea-sattu mixture.
- Now add cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and sugar.
- stir continuously until dry.
- now turn off flame and let it cool down.
- now make some small size ball from the dough. And equal quantity ball
- of stuffing.
- take one ball and flatten with palm.put one stuffing.
- now bring all the edges of the dough together and press them to seal.
- heat enough oil for frying the kachories in kadai.
- roll one ball about 3 to 4 inches diameter and fry in hot oil.
- Make all Kachori like this and serve with hot and spicy potato
- curry.
