Lemon Bread Pudding

Ingredients

for lemon curd
sugar  3 tbsp
egg yolks 4-5
butter  3 tbsp
lime juice  3 tbsp
mix all well, keep in the fridge

in another bowl, break  4 eggs, add milk 200 ml, sugar 4-5 tsp, butter 1 tsp
bread pieces of a big loaf
in a big greased dish, spread one layer of bread pieces, add 1 layer of lemon curd, then pour egg mixture, repeat again with bread, lemon curd and egg mixture
bake at 280 deg. C for 25 minutes
serve hot cut into pieces, sprinkle some icing sugar and nuts on top
