Orange Barfi



Ingredients
ghee/ clarified butter  1 tbsp
orange pulp of 3-4 oranges, which will come to about 1 cup
mawa/ thickened milk   250 gm
cardamom pdr.  1/2 tsp
sugar syrup  3-4 tbsp/ or sugar to taste
nuts as needed to decorate

Method
heat ghee, add orange pulp, cook till thick on medium flame stirring continuously
add mawa, sugar syrup, keep stirring till ghee comes out
add cardamom pdr., spread on a greased plate, sprinkle crushed nuts, press down
refrigerate in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set, then cut into pieces
