Ingredients
boiled sweet potato, peeled and grated 1 cup
carrot boiled and grated 150 gm
corn boiled and crushed slightly 125 gm
pepper pdr. 1 tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
maida/ flour 3-4 tsp to bind
oil for shallow frying
Method
in a big bowl, put all the ingredients, except flour, mix well
add flour, mix well, as that you're able to shape with spoons
heat a tava, put 2-3 tbsp oil, shape fritters with the help of 2 spoons, or you can shape with your hand, shallow fry on medium flame till brown on all sides, so you've to keep turning from side to side well
for the dip
thick curd 1 cup
pepper pdr. and salt to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
mix all well
