Cabbage roll salad

Ingredients

cabbage leaves nice big and fresh ones as needed
green moong dal cooked just till soft and separate  1/2 cup
onion 1 finely chopped / you can use spring onion too
coriander leaves  1 tbsp

for dressing
spicy vinegar ( to white vinegar, add some chilli sauce, mix well)   2 tsp
lime juice  2 tsp
jeera/ roasted cumin pdr.  1 tsp
black salt to taste
chilli pdr.  1/2 tsp
oil   1 tbsp
mix all well

Method

in a pan, heat some water, add little salt, put the cabbage leaves, cover and cook till the water starts boiling, remove the leaves, as now they'll be soft to roll
in a bowl, add the salad ingredients, add 3/4 of the dressing, mix well
in each leaf, put some salad, roll tightly, do the same with rest of the cabbage leaves.
brush or drizzle the left over dressing on each leaf and serve at once.
