Ingredients
sabudana/ sago washed and drained 250 gm
curd 1 tbsp
potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 250 gm
peanuts roasted and coarsely powdered 250 gm
green chillies finely chopped 5-6 or to taste
onion finely chopped 2
oil for frying
salt to taste
Method
add curd to sago, leave aside for about an hour
mix mashed potatoes, sago, onion, peanuts, chillies and salt
take small amount, flatten in your palm, slowly dip into hot oil, deep fry toll golden brown
serve hot with green chutney
