Kiwi hung curd dessert / Kiwi Shrikhand

Ingredients

kiwi peeled, cut into pieces  1 bowl
sugar  1/2 bowl or to taste
hung curd   2 bowls
nuts finely chopped 3-4 tbsp( pista, almonds,cashew nuts)
cardamom pdr.  1 tsp

in a pan, heat sugar and kiwi, cook till it thickens, remove, cool
add cardamom pdr.
then add hung curd, 3/4 of the nuts, mix well
to serve, you can top on fruit chunks, toasted bread/ puri/ roti or just eat it plain.
