Cake Tip- to have a soft cake

At times, those who bake cakes without eggs, may find that it puffs up, then hardens. The best solution is to wrap the cake with a bread slice and leave it overnight, the bread will harden and the cake will be soft ! Don't ask me how, I just heard the trick, and said it has worked well. So, give it a try, no harm.
