Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

French loaf cut into 1/2 "thick slices  6

for topping
tomato  1 finely chopped
onion 1 small finely chopped
parsley/ coriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbsp
garlic finely chopped  1/2 tsp
pepper pdr.  1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oregano  1 tsp
ajwain/ carom seeds  1/2 tsp
Olive oil  2-3 tbsp
mix all these ingredients well

garlic 4-5 crushed well
oil    1-2 tbsp
mix both well

Method
apply the garlic oil on the toast on one side and toast in the oven at 175-180 deg. C for 1 minute
spread the filling on the toast, garnish with basil leaves, spread some garlic oil and sprinkle some pepper pdr. and serve at once., bruschetta is ready to eat
