Ingredients
bread slices
suji/ rave/ semolina fine 1 cup
capsicum finely chopped 1/2 cup
spring onion finely chopped/ grated 1/2 cup
cabbage finely chopped/ grated 1/2 cup
carrot finely chopped 1/2 cup
curd 1 cup
salt to taste
green chillies finely chopped tot aste
coriander leaves finely chopped 2-3 tbsp
oil little to shallow fry
Method
in a bowl, add suji, then all the vegetables, salt, chillies, mix well
add curd, coriander leaves mix well
spread the mixture, which will be thick over bread slices on one side
heat a tava or a heavy pan, add little oil, put the spread side of the slice down, fry on low flame on both sides using minimum oil till brown and crisp
cut and serve hot with ketchup
