Corn and Sprouted Moong Salad

Ingredients

corn boiled   1 cup
sprouted moong raw  1 cup ( wash it well thrice, whenever you use sprouts)
cucumber chopped  1/2 cup
tomatoes chopped  1/4 cup
spring onion chopped  1/4 cup
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
chaat masala to taste
salt to taste


for spicy curd sauce
fresh curd beaten   1 cup
roasted and powered jeera pdr.  1 tsp
red chilli pdr.  1 tsp
salt to tate

Method

make layers of corn, sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, onion in a deep serving dish, sprinkle salt on it
to prepare spicy curd sauce, mix all the ingredients
pour it evenly all over the salad
sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves
