Cucumber raita tip

when you make cucumber raita, normally we peel the skin, without peeling the skin, just cut the edges, then rub it to make sure that it isn't bitter
then slit the cucumber lengthwise, chop some coriander leaves, mint leaves, close it tight, then grate the cucumber
you'll get the nice flavour of mint and coriander, and your raita tastes good.
