Nuts Sundae

Ingredients

dark chocolate   200 gm
milk chocolate  50 gm
full-fat milk  200 ml
mix all the above well, micro high for 30 seconds, mix well
add water  1/2 cup, beat well with a hand beater, add full fat cream  200 ml beat well
put in a container, cover and set for 7-8 hours
take out from the freezer, beat well till it becomes light in colour and fluffy
add 30 gm walnuts, crush 7-8 chocolate biscuits, mix lightly set in the freezer for 7-8 hours
to serve, in a serving bowl/ plate, place a piece of brownie, put some chocolate sauce on it, place 2 scoops of ice-cream, pour some chocolate sauce on the ice-cream, put some chocolate chips, sprinkle some chopped walnuts, serve at once
