Mango Popsicles

Ingredients

for mixture
mango pulp mixed with sugar to taste  1/2 cup
white chocolate  1/2 cup
whipped cream  1/4 cup
gelatin  1 tsp mixed with enough warm water
add mango essence 2-3 drops
mix all well, keep in deep freezer

cake pieces cut into small rounds or use small round biscuits  as needed
in half the no. of cake/ biscuits spread some kiwi syrup and jelly pieces/ tutti-frutti
in other half biscuits/ cake, spread only kiwi syrup and keep
to assemble, in a Popsicle (you get plastic Popsicle container,which can be pushed up like a syringe !)
place the cake/ biscuit pieces with jelly/ tutti-frutti
pour some mango mixture on it till almost the top, place the cake/ biscuit piece with only kiwi syrup on top, keep in the freezer for 3-4 hours for it to set
let the kids and you too can enjoy the Popsicle,  those who don't have popsicle container with lid, can use kulfi moulds, then you've to break the cake/ biscuit mixture, pour the  syrup, or use an small bowl with lid and proceed in the same way
whether you eat from a Popsicle or container, what matters is you get to eat some yummy dessert
