Chili Basil Paneer

 How to make Chili Basil Paneer

- 1 liter full fat milk

- 3 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/2 cup chopped basil

 - 1 tbsp chili flakes
 

- Salt to taste


Start by boiling your milk and then curdle it using lemon. Once it’s 

completely separated, add basil, chili flakes and salt.
 

Strain it over a paneer maker to get the perfect cubes, let it sit for an 

hour or two and  then cut into peaces and enjoy your flavoursome 

starter chili basil paneer.
