Pineapple halwa/ pudding

I love pineapples, don't know why,but recently when I eat pineapple, I get blisters all over my mouth and tongue. I had some cut pineapple, as I can't eat it plain, I thought of making pudding with it, to satisfy my sweet tooth not with sugar but with jaggery/ molasses.

Ingredients

pineapple cut 1/2 cup

jaggery 1/2 cup or more as desired

water as needed

roasted gram powder also called as Sattu/ pottukadalai mavu 1/4 cup

suji/ rava 1/4 cup

nuts and raisins as desired

I did it microwave, you can cook it over gas too.

I added some water and jaggery, kept in micro high for 2 minutes, stirred well, cut the pieces with a spoon.

Cooked for another 2 minutes . stirred. kept for another 2 minutes, till the pineapple pieces could be crushed easily.

added gram pdr  and suji mixed well, adding enough water, then micro high for 2 minutes

stirred well, as suji needs to cook more, added some more water, mixed well, cooked for another 2 minutes adding nuts and raisins

once the halwa/ pudding was completely cooked, added 1 tsp of ghee, mixed well.

Enjoyed eating it warm.

NOTE- Readers,  you're free to use sugar- white/ brown if you don't have jaggery- I prefer jaggery as it has iron and healthier.

You may use only suji if you don't have roasted gram powder.

You can adjust the water, sweetness as per your taste.
