Cold Watermelon soup/ Smoothie

 Cold Watermelon Soup

 Ingredients:  

De-Seeded watermelon - 4 cups 

Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. 

Fresh mint - 1 tbsp. (chopped) 

Minced garlic - 1-2 cloves ( optional)

Honey - 1 tbsp.


Method of Preparation: 
Add the watermelon cubes, garlic, and lemon juice to a blender. Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth consistency. 
Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the honey to sweeten the taste a little. 
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. 
 
Tip: If you're not a fan of cold soups, enjoy this one as a smoothie drink on-the-go!
