INGREDIENTS
22gm Soft Butter
12gm Icing Sugar
30gm Flour / Maida
1tsp milk (only if needed)
kesar little
Pistachio / any nuts chopped for garnish.
Preparations
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the flour ,add kesar and form a thick pipeable dough.
Add milk if required to reach the desired consistency.
Place in a piping bag fitted with round piping tip
Pipe cookies on a parchment paper lined baking tray place. Pistachio on top and bake in
preheat oven 180C bake for 10-12mins
