
Ingredients:
Bananas - 4 large (mashed)
Cocoa powder - 6 tbsp. (unsweetened)

Method of Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8x4-inch loaf pan with
baking paper.
Whisk the cocoa powder with the mashed bananas until a smooth batter
forms. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread the batter
evenly across the pan using a spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a dry crust forms, and a toothpick
inserted in the middle comes out moist.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
Chill in the fridge for
1-2 hours or until firm enough to cut.
