 Quick Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

 This chilled cantaloupe soup is super healthy and is a must-try this summer season. Cantaloupe is almost as juicy as watermelon and helps keep you hydrated. It's also low in carbs and has anti-inflammatory properties. This soup takes just about 5 minutes to make and will be perfect for a light summer lunch.

Ingredients :
 Cantaloupe - 3 cups (cubed) 
Yogurt - 1/4 cup 
Ginger pdr- 1/8 tsp. 
Lime zest - 2 tsp. 
Lime juice - 1 tbsp. 
Honey - 1 tsp. 
Fresh mint leaves - 2-3 
Basil leaves - 2-3 
Kosher salt - 1 pinch 
Water - 2-3 tbsp. (to thin the soup to desired consistency)


Method of preparing :
In a blender, combine all ingredients except water. Puree until smooth. 
 
Adjust consistency with water, if needed. Serve chilled. 
 
Tip: You can enjoy this as a smoothie or pour it into popsicle molds and enjoy frozen.
