FRESH RICE NOODLES WITH VEGES AND SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
for rice noodles
rice flour  1 cup
water  2 cups
cumin  1 tsp
sesame seeds  1 tsp
salt to taste
oil  1 tbsp
green chilli- ginger paste  2 tsp

boil water, add chilli-ginger paste, salt, sesame seeds, oil, once it starts boiling well, remove from fire, add rice flour, mix well cool slightly
to make noodles, grease a sev mould, put some rice flour, make noodles on a greased plate, steam for 5-7 minutes
remove, spread on a plate, apply some oil

For  sauce
oil
sesame seeds   1 tsp
chilli paste  1-2 tsp as per taste
onion finely chopped 2-3 tbsp
tomatoes finely chopped  2-3 tbsp
capsicum finely chopped  1 tbsp
salt to taste
fresh coriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbsp
ketchup   2 tbsp

heat oil, add onion, fry lightly, add chilli paste, fry for a minute, add tomatoes, fry well, add capsicum, fry for 2 minutes, add ketchup, salt, coriander leaves, mix, remove
serve the veges along with noodles on a plate

this is a simple and quick home-made rice noodles, with veges according to your taste, you can either add or omit any vege, as per your taste, can also add other masalas according to your taste !
