EGGLESS OATS CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

oats crushed  1/2 cup
carrot grated   1 cup
baking pdr.  1 tsp
baking soda   1/2 tsp
vanilla essence   1 tsp
condensed milk ( sweetened)    1/2 cup
cooking oil    1/2 cup
cinnamon, nutmeg pdr.   1 tsp
all purpose flour/ maida   1/4 cup
salt 1/4 tsp

METHOD

first in a bowl, mix well- flour, oats, baking pdr., baking soda, salt, cinnamon-nutmeg pdr. 
in a bigger bowl, mix well condensed milk, oil with a whisk, add the dry ingredients, mix well
add carrots, vanilla essence, mix well.
grease a baking dish well, pour the batter, tap it to level it
heat the oven, bake at 180 deg. C for 20-25 minutes ( be careful, as the time may vary from oven-oven)
cool for 10 minutes, remove, decorate with chocolate sauce & nuts on top.
