FRESH SPROUTED MOONG CHIWDA

INGREDIENTS

oil  1/4 cup
cumin seeds   1tsp
chillies chopped  1 tsp
khaskhas/ poppy seeds   2 tbsp
cashew nut pieces  1/4 cup
raisins  1-2 tbsp
grated carrot  1/2 cup
grated potatoes   1 cup
boiled sprouted moong  1 cup
lemon juice   2 tbsp
coriander leaves chopped   1/4 cup
grated coconut   1/4 cup
few curry leaves
salt to taste
hing  1/4 tsp

METHOD

heat oil, add cumin, when brown, add curry leaves, hing, chillies, fry for a minute
add poppy seeds, cashew nuts, raisins, fry for another minute
add potatoes, carrots, cook on low flame
add moong, salt, mix well on low flame for  2-3 minutes
take off from fire, add lemon juice, coriander leaves, coconut
serve hot
