EGGLESS MAYONNAISE SALAD

INGREDIENTS

soy milk  500 ml
vinegar  1/2 cup
olive oil  500 ml

mix all well, as you beat, you'll get a thick mixture, if you keep in the fridge for 15 minutes, it will thicken, this can be stored for 2-3 weeks in the fridge

for salad
apple 1/2 chopped
potatoes boiled and chopped  1/2 cup
chilli flakes as needed
salt to taste
mix all well, add mayonnaise  2-3 tbsp
serve on lettuce leaves
