EASY RICE NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

water   1 1/2 cups
rice flour  1 cup
green chilli paste   1 tsp
cumin 1  tsp
salt to taste
sesame seeds  1 tsp
oil 2 tsp
chilli paste  1 tsp
onion finely chopped  2 tbsp
tomatoes finely chopped  2 tbsp
coriander leaves finely chopped  1 tbsp

METHOD
boil water , add green chilli paste cumin, salt to taste, once it boils well, remove, add rice flour, mix well
put the mixture in the greased sev mould, make like sev on a greased plate, steam for 3-4 minutes
spread on a plate
in a pan, heat oil, add sesame seeds, chilli paste, onion, fry well, add tomatoes, fry well, adding 1/2 of the chopped coriander leaves, little salt. once cooked, add this over the noodles, garnish with remaining coriander leaves, serve at once.

ps- you can add any other vegetable you like while frying with onion and tomatoes, no hard and fast rule at all. This is easy and healthy too.
