CONDENSED MILK PRALINE ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS

condensed milk  1 tin
cream  2 cups
cashew nuts  1/2 cup
sugar  2 tbsp
ghee 1/2 tsp

METHOD
heat ghee in a pan, fry the cashews on medium heat till light golden in colour
add sugar, fry till sugar melts, remove from flame
when cold, powder slightly
beat cream lightly, stir in the contents of the tin, nuts,and essence
mix well, freeze in an aluminium tin with cover till set, you may beat well when it is half set, again freeze till well set.
