MARBLE CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/ MAIDA   75gm + 75 gm
brown sugar    40 gm
castor sugar   40 gm
dark chocolate   35 gm
white chocolate   35 gm
baking soda 2 big pinches
baking powder 2 big pinches
water   2 cups
cocoa pdr.   1 tbsp
butter   1 tbsp
cream cheese  1 tbsp
cream cheese  2 tbsp for topping

METHOD

heat 1 cup of water, add cocoa pdr., dark chocolate,, once it melts, remove from flame, mix 75 gm flour, baking soda, baking pdr. and butter,  mix well, keep aside
heat again 1 cup of water, add castor sugar, remove once it boils, add white chocolate, cream cheese, 75 gm flour, mix well
In a baking tin, pour 1/2 of the dark chocolate mixture, then 1/2 of white chocolate mixture, repeat the process again, then slightly run your spoon around, to get the marble effect.
put some white and dark chocolate pieces on top
bake at  160 deg. C in a pre-heated oven, for 30-35 minutes
cream cheese and icing sugar well, spread on top of the brownies once slightly cool
