Healthy Banana-Oats bread



Ingredients

banana mashed  1 cup
oats   1 cup
milk roughly 1/4 cup
sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
nuts and raisins as desired
ghee/ butter  1 tbsp
egg  1
baking pdr. 1 level tsp.

METHOD

beat egg with sugar well
add banana mix well
add oats, mix well
add milk to get a thick batter like for cake
so, the amount of milk may be more/ less
add nuts and raisins, mix well
add baking pdr., mix well
grease a microwave safe dish
pour the batter, bake for roughly 7-8 minutes in high power
let it rest in the microwave, then you can cut into pieces.
those who don't have microwave, you can bake it in a normal oven at 180 deg. C for roughly 20 minutes or till done.

ps- whenever bananas are too ripe, I make banana bread, but this time, thought of making it a healthy way, with oats than with flour ! very less sugar and fat.
