INGREDIENTS
guava cut into pieces 1 cup
fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
green chillies 3-4 or as per taste
ginger 1" piece cut into small pieces
garlic 3-4 cloves ( optional)
mint leaves few
salt to taste
water as needed
lime juice 2-3 tsp or as per taste
METHOD
put all the ingredients in a mixie, grind to a fine paste, adding little water.
this can be used as a dip for cutlets, samosas or spread on sandwiches, or else whatever you feel like.
