besan-sabudana uttapam

INGREDIENTS

besan  2 tbsp
sabudana crushed   1 tbsp
fine semolina/ rava   1 tbsp
curd  1/2-  3/4 cup
oil
salt to taste
ginger-chilli paste   1-2 tsp
curry leaves finely chopped   1 tsp
jeera/ cumin  1 tsp
finely chopped onion   2 tbsp
water as needed
fruit salt   1 tsp
grated coconut, carrot   2-3 tbsp each
shallow fry

METHOD
mix all the ingredients( except oil) well, so it comes to a pouring consistency
heat a pan, grease it lightly, make small uttapams, spread coconut, carrot on top, press it down lightly, cook well on both sides till brown
serve hot with chutney of your choice.
