CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

all purpose flour/ maida  2 cups
sugar  1 1/2 cups
cocoa pdr.  1/4 cup
eggs   3
any soft drink (Pepsi/ Coke)  1/2 cup
oil   1/2 cup
baking pdr.   1tsp

METHOD

sift flour, cocoa pdr. & baking pdr. well.
in a bowl, add the dry ingredients, sugar, oil, soft drink.
beat the eggs well, gradually add them to the mixture, mix well
pour into a greased baking cake tin, bake in a moderately hot oven for about 20- 25 minutes or till done.
while still warm, cut into slices, take off the tin to cool.
