Power Shake- Post natal women

Ingredients
500 ml Coconut Milk
30g Hemp or Pea Protein
3 cubes of frozen Spinach
1 tbsp ground Flax Seed
1/2 cup frozen Berries
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 Banana

Method
Blend all ingredients together.
