SPINACH AND CORN

INGREDIENTS

butter  2 tbsp
dry red chillies  4
ginger finely chopped  1 tbsp
green chillies slit   2
spinach leaves 2 bunches, washed and finely chopped
cream  2 tbsp
corn shelled  1 cup, boiled
coriander leaves finely chopped 1-2 tbsp
garam masala pdr.  1/2 tsp
salt to taste
cumin  1 tsp

METHOD
heat butter, fry cumin, red chillies well, add ginger & green chillies fry till light brown
add chopped spinach, salt, mix well, cook on medium flame stirring often till done, may be 5 minutes at most.
add corn, mix well, mix cream, garam masala pdr., simmer for few minutes
remove from heat, add coriander leaves, mix well, serve hot with rice, roti/ bread.
