HEALTHY RAGI ROTI

INGREDIENTS

ragi flour  1 cup
boil water  1/2 cup
salt little
butter little

boil water, add ragi flour, mix well, cover and keep aside for  5 minutes
then spread on a plate, need to a dough, add water only if necessity or add little oil
take small amount of dough, roll into thin roti, cook on tava on both sides well, till brown spots appear and it fluffs up
remove, spread some butter well on both sides, serve hot with garlic/ green chutney and gur.

this is very healthy, as ragi is one of the best source of calcium and iron
