No bake Japanese Cheese cake

 Ingredients

600 gm of milk / 2 ½ cups milk

Sugar 4 tbsp/ 50 gm

Corn starch ½ cup/ 60 gm

Cheese slices 2

Mix all well whisking well.

Heat on medium flame stirring gently and continuously.

Heat to thickness, remove, grease a dish, pour the batter,level the top

Cover the dish with plastic to prevent the top from crusting.

Chill for 4 hours, turn it, remove sprinkle some milk pdr/ desiccated coconut, cut and serve.
