VEGETABLE RICE ROLLS WITH RED CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
for covering
rice flour  1 cup
water  2 cups
oil  1 tsp
salt  1/4 tsp
 in a pan, add oil, water, salt, bring to a boil, add rice flour, mix well, so there are no lumps, let it cool


for stuffing
oil 1 tsp
mixed vegetables of your choice ( peas, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, potato) cut into small pieces
salt to taste
pepper pdr. to taste
cheese pdr.  2 tbsp or cream cheese
heat oil, stir fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes, remove and cool, to it add seasonings, cheese

take marble size of rice dough, grease a plastic sheet, put the ball in between the sheet, roll into a small circle, put the stuffing on one side, apply water all around, cover and seal the semi-circle well
make all in the same way, then place these semi-circle / any other design stuffing you like in a micro safe plate/ bowl, micro high for 3 minutes covered
serve with red chutney
 fresh red chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, vinegar- grind all together to get chutney
