Rose cups



Ingredients
fresh  paneer  2 cups
sugar 4-5 tbsp
rose syrup   3 tbsp
rose essence 3-4 drops
nuts and raisins finely chopped 2 tbsp
milk 1-2 tsp

METHOD
mix paneer, sugar, rose syrup, essence in a blender to a smooth paste with milk
add 1/2 of the nuts with the mixture
in the cup-shaped mould, press it down or any other shape as desired, sprinkle some nuts and raisins on each or if you don't have mould, simply roll and shape with your hand, which is the best God given tool to us. then keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes,top with remaining nuts and raisins on each, serve cold.
