Ingredients
Mango pulp 1 cup
condensed milk 1 cup
fresh cream 1 cup
blend all this together for 5 minutes with a whip or hand blender
then pour into a container with a lid, freeze for 7-8 hours to set
you’ll have a soft and yummy mango ice-cream
ps- you may add some cashew/ almond powder to make it richer.
