QUICK AND NO GRINDING DHOKLA

INGREDIENTS

rava/suji/semolina fine type  1 cup
oil 2 tsp + 1 tbsp
green chili paste  1 tsp
ginger paste  1 tsp
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
mint/ pudina leaves chopped 1 tbsp ( optional)
juice of 1 lime
sour curd  1 cup 
water  as needed appro. 1/2- 1 cup
Eno fruit salt 1/2 tsp
jeera pdr. 1 tsp

METHOD
mix rava with 2 tsp oil well, then add the paste, lime juice, curd, mix well, add about 1/2 cup of water to get the consistency of dhokla. Or if need be add some more water. Heat 1 tbsp oil,  put Eno on top of the batter, pour the hot oil over it, beat well, so it incorporates enough air and becomes fluffy mixture. add  salt to taste. Pour on a greased plate, keep the steamer hot, steam for 10 minutes on high flame after sprinkling some jeera pdr. all over it.Cool and cut, serve with spicy green chutney.
