Open vege sandwich



Ingredients
mashed potatoes  300 gm
grated ginger  1 tsp or ginger paste
spring onion 1 big finely chopped
green chilies  chopped  4 or to taste
corn flour  1 tbsp
sesame oil  1/2 tsp
dark soya sauce  1/2 tsp
borwn bread toasted  6 slices
sesame seeds  5 tbsp
oil for deep/ shallow frying

Method
Mix potato with ginger, green chilies, sesame oil, corn flour, soya sauce.spread one side of the bread with the potato mixture, sprinkle sesame seeds on top evenly and press it down.
either you can deep fry/ shallow fry in hot oil, putting the potato mixture face down first.
Or you can grill , by brushing some oil on top of the filling, grill in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. c for 5-6 minutes.
