HEALTHY MANGO HALWA


INGREDIENTS

mango 1 big cut ( mine was half-ripe mango)
sugar 1/2 cup
multi-millet powder 1 cup
cashew nuts 1 tbsp
milk 250 ml

METHOD
since my mango was half-ripe, I added about 1/4 cup of sugar and soaked it over-night. Then in the morning, blended it with nuts to a smooth paste
I add milk to the mixture, added the millet powders and rest of the sugar, as I found it was not that sweet. 
I put it in a micro safe dish, kept on high power covered for 5 minutes, stirred, kept for another 5 minutes, stirred again, then again for 5 minutes, stirred, added 1 tbsp ghee, cooked uncovered for 5 more minutes, added cardamom powder, mixed well.
